Our Cleaning Packages

1. Standard Clean (Routine Maintenance)

What it includes: General dusting, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, kitchen & bathroom wipe down, trash removal, bed making.

Pricing (flat rate):

1 Bedroom / 1 Bath – $80

2 Bedrooms / 1 Bath – $100

3 Bedrooms / 2 Baths – $130

4 Bedrooms / 3 Baths – $160

Time: 2–3 hours on average

2. Deep Clean (Extra Attention)

What it includes: Everything in Standard Clean plus baseboards, blinds, inside cabinets, fridge & oven wipe down, detailed bathroom scrubbing, behind furniture.

Pricing (flat rate or square footage option):

Up to 1,500 sq. ft. – $200

1,501–2,500 sq. ft. – $250

2,501–3,500 sq. ft. – $300

Time: 3–5 hours

3. Move-In / Move-Out Clean

What it includes: Full Deep Clean plus inside closets, drawers, appliances, walls (spot cleaning), and floors. Perfect for preparing a home for new occupants.

Pricing (flat rate or square footage option):

Up to 1,500 sq. ft. – $250

1,501–2,500 sq. ft. – $300

2,501–3,500 sq. ft. – $350

Time: 4–6 hours

  • Hourly Rate: $25 per hour

  • Estimated Time: 2–3 hours for a 1–3 bedroom home

  • Tip: Book weekly or biweekly and get $5 off per visit

2. Deep Clean (Extra Attention)

  • Includes: Everything in Standard Clean plus baseboards, blinds, inside cabinets, fridge & oven wipe down, detailed bathroom scrubbing, behind furniture.

  • Hourly Rate: $30 per hour

  • Estimated Time: 3–5 hours for a 1–3 bedroom home

  • Tip: Book 4+ hours and get $10 off total

3. Move-In / Move-Out Clean

  • Includes: Full Deep Clean plus inside closets, drawers, appliances, walls (spot cleaning), and floors.

  • Hourly Rate: $35 per hour

  • Estimated Time: 4–6 hours for a 1–3 bedroom home

  • Tip: Book 6+ hours and get $15 off total
